At Hippo Blue, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
